Shipping Policy 
We offer Free International Shipping(open promotion) via Korea Post.
We are shipping to the US, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and UK via Free Standard International Shipping within 7~14 Business days.

Return Policy
A. How do I return?  
Please send your return/ exchange request email to returns@editplusmall.com with your order number. Once we receive your return request, we will contact you via email to let you know how to return/ exchange it. Before you process your return, please read the rest of the return policy written below carefully.

B. What is Edit+ return policy?  
1) Edit plus is very proud of our durable weather protection collection and holds a limited one year guarantee. See limited warranty for detail.

2) If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from EDIT+, you can return or exchanges your item(s) as follows: Items purchased online (including Paypal purchase) needs to be returned at our online stores within 60 days of purchase. Items purchased offline needs to be returned at our offline retail store within 60 days of purchase. Online purchases cannot be returned to offline retail stores and vice versa. 

3) You must have an original receipt (offline purchase)/ invoice (email invoice you received when purchased online) to complete your return/ exchanges.

4) Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

5) All tags must be in tact on all returned merchandise.

6) Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller other than www.editplusmall.com must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

7) Return and exchange shipping is at the cost of shipper. Edit+ has "factory to closet" policy to reduce carbon footprint during production and shipping. So, we ship the products to you straight from the factory. So, please understand, the customer who wish to send their items for returns/exchanges/ refunds will be sending their products to factories abroad.

C. Can I return discounted items?
1) Any merchandise with discounted price may not be returned or exchanged and final sale.

2) Final sale / Clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

3) Custom Products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.

Limited warranty
EDIT+® branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
EDIT+® holds a limited one year guarantee.
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.
Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
